What you will do

• Collaborate with engineers and design teams to solve complex machining problems.
• Interpret complex engineering drawings, including GD&T.
• Apply advanced machining knowledge to support shop-floor production.
• Work with minimal supervision and serve as a technical resource for other employees.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Comprehensive understanding of machining processes and materials.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication with team members and cross-functional groups.
• Some positions may require U.S. Person status for access to controlled goods and technologies under ITAR or EAR regulations.
