Internal Operations Intern - Winter 2027 - Central Illinois

hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Review and organize incoming client tax documents.
• Assist with tax-information intake and prepare documents for routing.
• Track client documents and keep records current.
• Organize, scan, and process tax documents.
• Assemble client tax returns according to established procedures and complete e-filing and other final-delivery steps.
• Support the team in meeting strict government deadlines and provide general operational assistance, including preparation of informational tax documents when needed.

• Working toward a bachelor’s degree; an Accounting or Finance degree is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.
