• Review, organize, scan, and process incoming client tax documents.
• Assist with tax-information intake and prepare documents for routing.
• Track client documents and keep records current.
• Assemble client tax returns according to established procedures.
• Complete e-filing and other final delivery steps.
• Support the team with government deadlines, informational tax documents, and general operations.

• Working toward a bachelor’s degree; Accounting or Finance is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Part-time winter internship running from January 2027 through April 2027.
