IT Intern (Summer 2027) - International Falls (IT)

What you will do

• Provide basic end-user support for hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and network issues.
• Prepare, deploy, and reassign computers, including data removal and initial setup.
• Create network documentation by labeling physical network taps and preparing drawings.
• Document IT issues, fixes, and equipment inventory.
• Clean workstations of malicious software such as viruses and spyware.
• Lift and transport IT equipment of various weights and perform related duties.

Requirements

• Be a junior or senior pursuing a four-year degree in Computer Science.
• Hold a current, valid driver's license.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
