What you will do

• Direct private wealth sales and operations for the assigned market.
• Provide leadership and oversight for departments within the Trust Division.
• Develop and implement business development plans and budgets.
• Maintain relationships with major clients and manage assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with portfolio managers on asset allocation and client review schedules.
• Supervise, train, and support trust associates while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Four-year BS or BA degree from an accredited university or college.
• Six to eight years of experience as a trust manager or trust officer.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, people management, and sales skills.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and legal documents and interpret regulations.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Outlook.

Nice to have

• People management experience.
• CPA, CFP, law degree, or ABA designation relevant to the managed area.
