What you will do

• Develop, deliver, and manage wealth plans for high-net-worth clients.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective clients and coordinate specialists across the bank.
• Acquire new business and grow assets under management, loans, and deposits.
• Provide high-quality client service to retain relationships.
• Manage relationships of moderate to high complexity and follow compliance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least five years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, sales, or relationship management for high- or ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Experience in banking, investment management, or insurance products and services.
• State life and health licenses must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• Securities and life insurance licenses.
• Demonstrated success working with high-net-worth clients.
