Environmental Data Manager

Base salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

• Scope and manage customer data implementations in coordination with Engineering.
• Define repeatable processes for transforming and importing complex environmental data into the hirify.global Intelligence Platform.
• Provide subject-matter expertise and quality assurance for data pipeline work.
• Escalate issues and communicate implementation priorities to Engineering.
• Fulfill bespoke customer reporting obligations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation covering the application and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting environmental data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related science field; relevant work experience may substitute for education.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Excel.
• Proactive, organized, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to experiment with them; prior AI experience is not required.
