Account Manager (401(k)/Retirement Plans)

Location: Hybrid, with onsite presence approximately 1 to 4 days per week at the New York City office

Salary: $84,200–$120,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage workflows and communications for retirement plan trustees and participants.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned plan sponsors and coordinate with internal groups.
• Develop analysis on retirement options and plan performance.
• Prepare client presentations and reporting.
• Attend client enrollment and ongoing support meetings.
• Respond to plan sponsor inquiries and requests, including plan amendments, and assist with compliance testing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with or servicing 401(k) and retirement plans.
• Understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Knowledge of applicable IRS and DOL regulations, products, and systems.
• Four-year Bachelor's degree.
• Strong attention to detail.
