Paid Social Principal (AI)

What you will do

• Serve as the technical and strategic authority for paid social across enterprise client portfolios and internal teams.
• Develop full-funnel strategies and lead complex initiatives across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snap, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
• Design testing roadmaps covering incrementality studies, lift tests, attribution, creative experimentation, and AI-enabled optimization.
• Partner with Analytics, Marketing Science, Creative, Product, Integrated Media, Engineering, and Client Strategy teams.
• Develop scalable paid social frameworks, documentation, training, and automation opportunities through Alli.
• Build executive relationships with platform partners, advise enterprise clients, mentor senior practitioners, and lead executive business reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in paid social strategy, digital media, or a related field, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Expert knowledge of paid social ecosystems, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snap, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
• Experience managing sophisticated, multi-million-dollar paid social programs across awareness, consideration, and performance objectives.
• Deep knowledge of attribution, measurement, incrementality testing, marketing mix modeling partnerships, Conversions API, clean rooms, and privacy-first marketing.
• Advanced expertise with automation, AI-powered campaign solutions, APIs, scripts, SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder influence, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring skills without direct people-management responsibility.
