What you will do

• Independently validate the performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI models.
• Assess model explainability, design, algorithmic robustness, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop validation methodologies, validation plans, and benchmark models for AI systems.
• Test and analyze model outputs, identifying and documenting risks and limitations.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, model developers, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve model performance.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a quantitative role as a model developer or data researcher.
• Understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms.
• Programming expertise in Python and relevant data science libraries.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with demonstrated ownership and curiosity.
