Head of Payments (Fintech): Owning and scaling PayDo’s global payment infrastructure and provider ecosystem with an accent on financial partnerships, approval rates, routing efficiency, and payment operations. Focus on negotiating with banks and payment providers, deploying new payment methods, building reporting frameworks, and defining risk appetite across geographies.

We’re scaling fast and expanding our global footprint!
Now, we’re looking for a strategic leader to own, optimize, and scale our entire payment infrastructure and provider ecosystem.
If you know how to build high-yield financial partnerships, maximize approval rates, and build bulletproof payment flows - this is your stage.
What You’ll Own
⬆️ Global Provider Ecosystem: Lead selection, commercial negotiations, and onboarding for correspondent banks, card schemes, and APMs.
⬆️ Performance & Routing: Own key metrics (approval rates, conversion, routing efficiency, processing costs) to squeeze maximum revenue out of every transaction flow.
⬆️ Tech & Ops Integration: Partner closely with Product and Engineering to deploy new payment methods, automate internal workflows, and maintain operational readiness across our global licenses.
⬆️ Data-Driven Strategy: Build reporting frameworks, define risk appetite across geographies, and lead cross-functional strategic projects.
⬆️ Fluent Russian and English are mandatory.
