What you will do
- Conduct in-depth reviews of high-complexity health claims files for accuracy and compliance.
- Document audit findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify claims trends and collaborate with departments to improve claims practices.
- Support audit reporting and analytics.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of claims or audit experience.
- Strong understanding of claims handling and insurance regulations.
- Analytical and organized approach to work.
- Experience with Excel and audit systems.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Nice to have
- CPCU, AIC, or other insurance certifications.
