Product Manager (Automations) (AI)

Location: Remote-first; open to candidates in multiple countries with no mandatory office days

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for converting manual document-processing tasks into high-accuracy automated pipelines.
• Apply OCR, computer vision, LLMs, AI agents, and custom ML models to extract and structure data from unstructured documents.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable specifications for ML and backend engineers while evaluating technical feasibility.
• Manage prioritization, sprint execution, and delivery of automation features to production.
• Track automation rate, precision, recall, and processing latency using SQL and internal data tools.
• Test product behavior, extraction accuracy, and edge-case workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in Product Management or Technical Product Management.
• Background as a software developer, QA engineer, or L3 technical specialist is preferred.
• Strong understanding of API architectures, microservices, automation frameworks, and backend data-processing pipelines.
• Practical understanding of computer vision, OCR, LLMs, prompt engineering, and methods for evaluating model accuracy.
• Experience replacing manual human tasks with automated software solutions in FinTech, RegTech, logistics, or another data-heavy domain.
• Fluent English and confidence writing SQL queries and explaining complex technical trade-offs to internal commercial teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with document processing, KYC/AML workflows, or fraud detection systems.
• Practical experience applying LLMs or AI agents to unstructured data extraction.
