Biochemistry Resource Manager (Biopharma)

Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA; candidates should live within a commutable distance. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed.

What you will do

• Maintain trackers for ongoing method establishment, routine testing, and stability testing projects involving large- and small-molecule products.
• Support forecasting tools for stability and method-establishment work.
• Generate monthly invoice data packages covering project spend, utilization, and costs across project stages.
• Re-evaluate and improve KPIs, metrics, trackers, and data-extraction tools for quality, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Create client reports and visual KPI presentations covering project metrics and FTE resource monitoring.
• Develop tools to estimate utilization and costs across the lifecycle of a project while communicating with client staff and managing multiple projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Sciences, or another applied science.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working in an FTE team or a strong understanding of FTE team structures.
• Understanding and practical use of Lean and/or Six Sigma principles and project management methodologies.
• Strong process-improvement, organizational, independent-work, and computer skills, including MS Project, Excel, and Windows applications.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship is required.
