IT Infrastructure Analyst – Vulnerability Remediation & Delivery (ServiceNow)

Location: Westlake, Ohio, USA; occasional travel to other office and manufacturing locations may be required.

What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow Software Asset Management and IT Asset Management in vulnerability remediation.
• Govern authoritative software and asset data to support vulnerability tracking, prioritization, and reporting.
• Coordinate upgrades, patching, decommissioning, standardization, and risk-acceptance activities for vulnerable and legacy applications.
• Configure and improve ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, and application lifecycle remediation processes.
• Coordinate remediation across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, business application owners, COTS teams, and vendors.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, documentation, and automation to improve visibility, data quality, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent direct IT experience of 5+ years.
• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, software asset management, or infrastructure delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM, ITAM, asset data models, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience with application lifecycle management, patching, vulnerability remediation, asset governance, and enterprise patch deployment.
• Experience with PowerShell or Python scripting, SQL, automation, ServiceNow reporting or Power BI, and DevOps automation.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, SCCM, operating systems, virtual environments, application deployment, security, and systems architecture.
