ACD Art Director - Freelance

Location: Remote from anywhere in the United States within approved states

Expected weekly compensation: $4,800–$5,000 per week

What you will do

• Support a campaign in production across a high volume of still and video deliverables.
• Pull selects, develop retouching notes, and provide a clear creative point of view.
• Work with designers to organize shares and manage post-production.
• Contribute to a conceptual video campaign across pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Oversee multiple video edits while maintaining quality and keeping deliverables on track.
• Collaborate with the existing creative team throughout the production pipeline.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating experience with big-idea campaigns and shoots.
• Strong photography and design sensibilities with a discerning eye.
• Video production experience across pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Experience managing and overseeing multiple edits and deliverables simultaneously.
• Organization and resourcefulness in fast-moving production environments.
• Confidence in shaping and defending creative work while collaborating and responding to feedback.
