What you will do
- Serve as the primary creative contact for high-profile clients, aligning visual and artistic direction with business objectives.
- Develop big-idea campaign platforms, brand aesthetics, moodboards, visual concepts, and creative treatments.
- Present concepts to senior client executives and guide feedback while protecting design integrity.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams of designers, art directors, strategists, motion designers, and photographers.
- Mentor art directors and visual designers while promoting high standards of visual storytelling and craft.
- Set art direction and oversee creative production across digital and physical campaign touchpoints.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in an integrated brand creative agency.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional campaign and client storytelling work.
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for explaining creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with program delivery, client service, and strategy teams to shape scopes, relationships, briefs, and stories.
- If holding an engineering or related degree, a professional license may be required to verify the degree.
