MS Azure Operational Analyst (Azure) (Azure/DevOps): Providing production application support for hosted financial-services clients with an accent on Azure operations, Terraform, monitoring, and service-level compliance. Focus on troubleshooting application and job failures, maintaining IIS and Azure SQL environments, supporting backups and disaster recovery, and handling 24/7 rotational operations.
Location: Pune, India; 24/7 rotational shifts

What you will do
- Provide Microsoft Azure application support for production clients.
- Monitor applications, notifications, and job failures; analyze incidents and provide solutions while maintaining defined SLAs.
- Support Terraform- and identity-management-based applications and coordinate with vendors.
- Maintain Microsoft IIS web servers and Azure SQL environments used to host web applications.
- Manage Azure backups, geo-replication, application upgrades, and disaster recovery exercises.
- Maintain client data and follow compliance procedures across three rotational shifts.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience with Microsoft Azure and the Azure portal.
- Strong Terraform knowledge is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of GitHub, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good experience with SQL and shell scripting.
- Availability for 24/7 rotational shifts in Pune, India.
