Senior Associate, Cloud Security Engineer (Cloud Security)

Salary: $114,500–$194,700 USD annually, plus potential discretionary bonus and equity component.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and support security measures for Azure, AWS, and other cloud platforms.
• Develop and maintain Policy as Code and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Implement CSPM tooling, including Wiz and Microsoft Defender for Cloud, to monitor and enforce security controls.
• Partner with application security champions across business units and provide guidance on cloud security needs.
• Contribute to the cloud security roadmap and conduct configuration assessments, audits, and reviews.
• Investigate security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working as an engineer or developer in public cloud environments.
• At least 5 years of experience as an engineer, developer, or IT architect, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Strong Terraform and Infrastructure as Code expertise, with proficiency in Python or Python-based DevOps tooling.
• Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD technologies such as GitHub Actions and GitHub Package Repository.
• Knowledge of cloud security principles, cloud-native architectures, integrated testing tools, and security integration into development workflows.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with privileged access management and identity systems such as Azure Entra, Okta, or Ping.
• Azure Security Engineer Associate, AWS Certified Security–Specialty, CISSP, or CCSP certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
