Analyst (Financial Planning)

What you will do

• Prepare financial planning, investment, and wealth management analyses and client deliverables.
• Support portfolio reviews, investment research, tax planning, equity compensation, retirement planning, and wealth transfer analyses.
• Prepare client meeting agendas, recommendations, deliverables, and action-item documentation in Salesforce.
• Coordinate client service priorities and support tax implementation for personal and trust accounts.
• Execute approved client requests such as trades, wire transfers, and journals with accuracy and timely communication.
• Maintain accurate client information in Salesforce and other firm systems while collaborating with custodians and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in financial planning, finance, accounting, business, or economics.
• Academic success and internship or work experience are preferred.
• Series 65 or equivalent, or the ability to obtain it within 120 days of hire.
• Strong interest in pursuing the Certified Financial Planner credential.
• Baseline proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Professionalism, integrity, analytical thinking, attention to detail, clear communication, and reliable follow-through.

Hiring process
