Java Full Stack – Senior (Java)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal — hybrid, with 3 days per week at the office

Salary: €3,300–€3,700 gross/month, including fixed and variable compensation, meal allowance, remote work allowance, and benefits.

• Build robust software components using Java Spring and modern development frameworks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless software integration and delivery.
• Contribute to technical decisions and solutions across multiple teams.
• Support and guide team members through technical expertise and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Strong or expert proficiency in Java Spring.
• Strong experience in software development and implementation of robust components.
• Experience designing scalable and high-performance solutions.
• Understanding of modern software development and Agile practices.
• English proficiency at minimum C1 level.
• Availability to work 3 days per week at the Lisbon office.

Nice to have

• Microservices architecture.
• MySQL and MongoDB.
• Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS).
• Docker and Kubernetes architecture.
