Senior React & Oracle HCM Cloud Fullstack Developer

Location: Lisbon, Portugal — hybrid. Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered.

What you will do

• Develop and optimize scalable React interfaces using Hooks, state management, React Router, and reusable component patterns.
• Integrate React applications with Oracle HCM Cloud REST APIs, OAuth authentication, and security protocols.
• Build and extend Oracle HCM UI through VBCS extensions and custom React components.
• Troubleshoot React–Oracle HCM integration issues and improve data flow, performance, and user experience.
• Collaborate in Agile teams using Jira to deliver features on time and within scope.
• Apply knowledge of Oracle HCM architecture, security roles, and extendibility to improve application robustness.

Requirements

• More than 4 years of professional experience with React, including Hooks, Redux or Context API, state management, and component patterns.
• Hands-on experience integrating React with Oracle HCM Cloud, including REST APIs and security management.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend development practices.
• Understanding of Oracle HCM architecture, VBCS, and JET frameworks.
• Fluent English communication skills at C1 level.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union.

Nice to have

• French proficiency at B2 level.
• TypeScript, Jest, React Testing Library, or GraphQL experience.
• Oracle Cloud certifications, such as HCM Implementation Specialist.
