Fullstack Engineer (Svelte/React)

What you will do

• Participate in the full development lifecycle, from planning through post-development maintenance.
• Build and enhance backend and frontend systems that are scalable, testable, organized, and maintainable.
• Solve complex technical problems and proactively address bottlenecks, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Write clean code and promote engineering principles such as SOLID, testing, and shared responsibility for quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in both backend and frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Svelte or React.
• Experience developing APIs and web-based applications.
• Familiarity with testing strategies at multiple levels.
• Understanding of continuous integration, deployment, and delivery practices.
• Experience with version control, logging, and monitoring tools.

Nice to have

• Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a critical approach to complex technical challenges.
