What you will do

• Create and produce marketing, advertising, and sales promotional materials for hirify.global functions.
• Evaluate and modify promotional and advertising programs based on client briefs.
• Apply creative problem-solving and present major projects and key initiatives.
• Complete projects accurately, on schedule, and within budget constraints.
• Prioritize workload independently and report project-status changes daily.
• Collaborate professionally with stakeholders while adapting to rapidly shifting priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent directly related experience; alternative experience requirements include high school plus 10 years, an associate degree plus 6 years, or a master’s degree plus no additional experience.
• Fluent English reading, writing, comprehension, and communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Macintosh OS and design software including Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong presentation, organizational, teamwork, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
• High color acuity and a portfolio demonstrating design ability.
• Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.

Nice to have

• BA or BFA with a major in Graphic Arts or Advertising Design.
