Salary: $114,700–$194,900 USD annually

What you will do

• Own operations for the Technology Risk and Control Issue Management Program and support its strategic direction.
• Lead program and project management for operational enhancements aligned with enterprise and technology issue management frameworks.
• Standardize and automate issue metrics and reporting using Power BI, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled use cases.
• Oversee issue validation, remediation tracking, risk acceptance governance, executive reporting, and risk appetite measurement.
• Design and deliver training for Risk and Control staff, Technology teams, issue owners, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance committees and stakeholder forums while advising on technology risk and control matters.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology risk management, control functions, audit services, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, information security, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Expertise in control identification, issue validation methodologies, remediation governance, and technology risk assessments.
• Strong understanding of information security principles and security risk management frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate with senior and executive leadership and communicate complex risk and control topics clearly.
• U.S. work authorization without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Financial services industry experience.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CRIC.
