FNOL Cabin Agent (Insurance)

Location: Mexico City; primarily office-based. The role follows a rotating 24/7 service schedule.

What you will do

• Provide fast, efficient assistance to policyholders during vehicle, home, personal accident, business-line, and other assistance incidents.
• Register new claims in internal systems, including traffic accidents and roadside assistance cases.
• Validate policy status and premium collection accurately.
• Gather detailed information and provide customers with the guidance needed to follow up on claims.
• Use insurance products, service procedures, and internal systems to address customer needs and reduce financial or reputational impact.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer support experience.
• Basic knowledge of insurance and claims processes.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage customers, follow procedures, and solve problems quickly.
• High empathy, active listening, attention to detail, teamwork, and proactivity.
• High proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Word and Outlook.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 contact center.
