Mental Health Therapist (Massachusetts)

Location: Remote, US; clinicians must be able to work with clients in Jamaica Plain and have office space to see clients in the Massachusetts area. In-person care is strongly preferred.

What you will do

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
• Support clients across a broad spectrum of mental health needs, including complex and severe presentations.
• Apply evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT.
• Manage clinical risk and respond to client crises as needed.
• Work with matched clients through a private or group practice, with administrative and billing support from Lyra.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track, such as MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license allowing independent practice without supervision.
• No current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• Experience providing evidence-based treatment and applying clinical best practices, including measurement-based care and skills practice.
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and office space in the Massachusetts area are required.
