Relationship Management Associate, Insurance General Account (Finance)

Location: Baltimore, Maryland, United States; hybrid work with up to one day per week from home.

Base salary: $108,000–$184,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and skills. Discretionary bonus may apply.

What you will do

• Support senior relationship managers with sales, client retention, and growth for large, complex insurance accounts.
• Develop and maintain relationships focused on fixed income and private credit offerings.
• Support insurance business plans, go-to-market plans, budgets, territory maps, and strategic planning.
• Partner with marketing on insurance programs, conferences, events, capabilities decks, and tailored content.
• Support Clearwater Analytics client onboarding and serve as an internal subject-matter expert.
• Coordinate quarterly insurance team meetings and conduct insurance market and company research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree concentrated in business or finance.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in the asset management industry.
• Strong knowledge of fixed income markets, including private credit.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses are required; licenses may be obtained within the first six months of hire.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and using technology or AI for efficiency.
