Privileged Access Management Engineer (CyberArk)

Location: Dublin; primarily office-based

What you will do

• Support business requests for securing and managing privileged accounts.
• Integrate applications with CyberArk and extend PAM service capabilities for privileged accounts and secrets.
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams to define PAM requirements and implement marketplace plug-ins.
• Provide CyberArk training to end users, administrators, and DevOps teams.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, automated privileged-access inventory, and exception reporting.
• Identify PAM capability improvements and make risk-based, data-driven decisions aligned with PAM standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Hands-on enterprise PAM experience, ideally configuring and maintaining CyberArk vaults.
• CyberArk Defender Certification and strong proficiency with CyberArk AAM.
• Conjur Fundamentals certifications and experience with HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Keyfactor, or Conjur.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Active Directory, plus knowledge of LDAP, Azure AD, Okta, Windows, Linux, Unix, databases, mainframes, and network protocols.
• Strong understanding of PAM, identity and access management, security best practices, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MFA and certificate-based authentication security.
