Real Estate Data Intern (AI)

What you will do

• Support the production of real estate performance indexes, benchmarks, analytical reports, and customized client solutions.
• Research and monitor commercial real estate transactions using industry news, public sources, and third-party data providers.
• Maintain the accuracy and quality of investment data for real estate funds and clients.
• Investigate and resolve client data inquiries using established methodologies and quality standards.
• Deliver customized analyses, collaborate with global and local teams, and contribute to operational improvement projects.
• Use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and automate repetitive tasks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline, preferably from the sixth semester onward.
• Availability for a 9–12 month internship and 30 or 40 hours per week.
• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a global team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to work accurately with large datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Python and/or VBA.
• Interest in using AI tools to improve workflows and productivity.
• Previous interest or experience in real estate, financial markets, or investment data.
