Legal Counsel (International Law)

Location: Global Remote (Office, hybrid, or fully remote from anywhere in the world)

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day legal support for business operations.
• Handle corporate and commercial law matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Manage cross-border and international legal issues across multiple jurisdictions.
• Build and establish legal processes from scratch.
• Identify complex legal needs and coordinate work with external legal counsel.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of relevant legal experience with international and cross-border matters (US, UK, EU).
• Practical experience in corporate, commercial, and intellectual property (IP) law.
• Experience coordinating external legal counsel.
• Fluent Russian and B2+ English proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and provide commercially minded legal advice.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer electronics, hardware, or international product companies.
• Practical experience with UAE and Chinese law.
• Background in a law firm advising technology-focused clients.
