Associate Director, Scientific Communications (CNS)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $169,222–$253,000 per year, plus incentive opportunity.

What you will do

• Support global scientific communications strategies and communication priorities for assigned CNS assets.
• Contribute to integrated Medical Communication Plans, including content, channels, congress planning, execution tracking, and external engagement.
• Develop scientific communication platforms, disease-state narratives, field content, and congress materials.
• Support digital, omnichannel, and AI-enabled communication innovations with audience-focused design.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Evidence Generation, Regulatory, Commercial, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support governance, compliance, quality, agency management, resource planning, and scalable content development.

Requirements

• Advanced degree required, such as PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent in science, medicine, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications, or a related pharmaceutical or biotechnology role.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience, including developing and managing team members.
• Experience supporting global communication strategies, integrated planning, cross-functional teams, and stakeholder influence.
• Expertise in content strategy, omnichannel engagement, digital communication tools, project management, and translating complex scientific data into strategic plans.
• Experience working in or supporting a United States-based role is required by the stated compensation and hiring scope.

• Experience in the CNS therapeutic area.
