Assistant Buyer - Men's (Ecommerce): Supporting men's fashion buying by analyzing product performance, forecasting inventory, managing vendor communication, and replenishing high-performing products with an accent on trend analysis, cost, quality, and delivery planning. Focus on analyzing historical sales data, managing purchase orders and core-item flow, and recommending promotions and buyback quantities.
Location: Beverly Hills, CA; onsite, Monday–Friday during core business hours

What you will do
- Support the Men's buying team by analyzing market trends, product performance, and inventory levels.
- Manage assigned categories and recommend replenishment quantities for high-performing products.
- Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate availability, deliveries, costs, quality, pre-orders, minimum order quantities, and custom cut dates.
- Present buying recommendations to Planning for approval and enter purchase orders into the system.
- Monitor program buys and core items to manage product flow.
- Recommend promotional activity and stay current with fashion-market trends and merchandising best practices.
Requirements
- More than one year of experience in replenishment, data analysis, or a similar field.
- Experience analyzing data and providing actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel skills, including SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
- Passion for fashion and trend analysis.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- English required; additional languages are an advantage.
