Manager, Oracle HCM Payroll - Managed Services - U.S. or Canada

Location: Remote from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada; office location listed as Chicago, 550 Van Buren.

Salary: $135,000–$165,000 U.S. base annually; total estimated compensation of $155,250–$206,250 annually.

• Lead Oracle HCM Payroll managed services and support engagements for enterprise clients.
• Plan, shape, and deliver technology solutions aligned with client goals.
• Lead service delivery and transition activities.
• Mentor consultants and develop high-performing engagement teams.
• Build long-term client relationships and resolve complex client challenges.
• Help clients maximize the value of their Oracle HCM Cloud investment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Oracle consulting, managed services, or enterprise application support experience.
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Experience leading managed services or support delivery and transition activities.
• Proven people leadership and Manager-level experience.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
