What you will do
- Architect and operate the AI Media Production platform, including ComfyUI or similar engines, GPU environments, and one-click interfaces for non-technical teams.
- Build modular, versioned, and reproducible image and video generation pipelines using node-based or code-first approaches such as diffusers.
- Develop one-click presets and production use cases for image and video generation.
- Train LoRAs end to end, from real product photography and dataset curation through evaluation and production readiness.
- Implement control-first generation with ControlNet, IP-Adapter, inpainting, and reference conditioning across multiple modalities.
- Build automated quality control against product references and define the technical roadmap with the Design Director.
Requirements
- Shipped generative pipelines adopted and used daily by other people.
- Production-grade ComfyUI or similar workflows, or equivalent code-first experience with diffusers.
- Strong Python skills for automation, API integrations, and custom nodes.
- End-to-end LoRA training experience, including dataset curation and evaluation.
- Experience with ControlNet, IP-Adapter, inpainting, and reference conditioning for image and video workflows.
- Confident English at B2+ level.
Nice to have
- 3D or render-hybrid workflows using Blender or CAD renders as geometric ground truth.
- LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, automated prompt generation, or VLM-based quality control.
- Experience producing visuals for performance marketing.
