Reseller API Consultant Developer

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for reseller API integration and usage.
• Advise resellers on API capabilities, documentation, integration requirements, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve API integration issues efficiently.
• Conduct training sessions and webinars covering API functionality and updates.
• Maintain API documentation and collect reseller feedback for improvements.
• Support the development of new APIs and enhancements to existing APIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in API consulting, support, or development.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
• Experience with Postman, Swagger, or similar API management tools.
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth and JWT.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
