What you will do

• Design, synthesize, purify, and characterize oligonucleotide therapeutics, including siRNA and ASOs, for early discovery programs.
• Design and generate antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates using established and emerging bioconjugation technologies.
• Support high-throughput and mid-scale synthesis, novel chemistry evaluation, and workflow innovation for discovery-stage bioconjugates.
• Develop, refine, and troubleshoot oligonucleotide synthesis, bioconjugation, purification, and analytical methods.
• Use UV–Vis spectrophotometry, HPLC, mass spectrometry, MALS, and orthogonal techniques to analyze and characterize compounds.
• Interpret in vitro and in vivo data, document experiments, and communicate results with cross-functional Biology, Protein Sciences, and DMPK partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Hands-on experience in oligonucleotide synthesis, purification, and characterization, including siRNA and ASOs.
• Experience with bioconjugation chemistry and analytical characterization of oligonucleotide conjugates.
• Ability to independently design, execute, interpret, and troubleshoot experiments in a discovery research setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
