Analytics Manager (Credit Card Strategy and Analytics)

What you will do

• Develop credit card risk management strategies and analytical insights to mitigate losses and support portfolio growth.
• Produce reporting and perform strategy implementation, validation, customer segmentation, competitive analysis, sensitivity analysis, and modeling.
• Design, recommend, document, and execute targeting optimization using multiple disparate data sources.
• Use SQL, SAS, Python, and analytical software to develop, test, and execute strategies.
• Implement data quality controls and improve reporting and processes through automation and analysis.
• Summarize and present analytical results and insights to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as engineering, statistics, economics, business management, or computer science; graduate degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience in a complex, data-driven problem-solving environment.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• SQL knowledge is highly preferred.
• SAS experience is preferred.
• Lending or consumer finance industry experience is preferred.
