Analytics Manager, Credit Card Strategy and Analytics

What you will do

• Develop risk management strategies and analytics to mitigate losses and support credit card portfolio growth.
• Perform reporting, strategy implementation and validation, customer segmentation, competitive analysis, sensitivity analysis, and modeling.
• Design, document, and execute targeting optimization using multiple disparate data sources.
• Use SQL, SAS, Python, and analytical software to develop, test, and execute strategies.
• Improve reporting and analytical processes through automation, quality control, and data accuracy checks.
• Present results and insights clearly to management and collaborate with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as engineering, statistics, economics, business management, or computer science; graduate degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience in a complex, data-driven problem-solving environment.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• SQL knowledge is highly preferred.
• SAS experience is preferred.
• Lending or consumer finance experience is preferred.
