What you will do

• Shape impactful software solutions for international clients as an Architect and People Lead.
• Drive full-cycle product delivery using modern technologies, focusing on quality and DevOps.
• Lead and coach a local team in Portugal within the "Software Excellence" practice.
• Take technical management of teams from kick-off to rollout.
• Embrace AI to create better software.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Practical experience with software system design using methodological approaches like DDD and hexagonal architecture.
• Experience with full-stack development in the .NET ecosystem and modern web frameworks like React or Angular.
• DevOps mindset with an understanding of high code quality and automated testing.
• University degree in computer science.
• Ready to travel to clients in countries like Switzerland and Germany for a few days a month.
• Ability to occasionally meet in the Porto office to participate in a lively community.
