Laravel Developer (Backend)

What you will do

• Build and maintain Laravel features across CRM, gaming, network, and marketing applications.
• Design and maintain APIs for internal applications and external systems.
• Implement complex business logic across models, services, jobs, events, and integrations.
• Build real-time functionality using queues, Redis, events, and WebSockets.
• Investigate production issues across application code, Redis, workers, and job processing.
• Work in two-week sprints with automated checks, AI-assisted review, colleague review, and QA.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with Laravel and modern PHP.
• Excellent understanding of Eloquent, relational databases, and SQL.
• Experience designing and maintaining APIs and complex backend systems.
• Strong understanding of queues, jobs, events, caching, and Redis.
• Experience with asynchronous, event-driven application architecture.
• Ability to investigate unfamiliar code and reason about performance, scalability, and existing behavior before making changes.

Nice to have

• Experience with the TALL stack, including Livewire, Alpine.js, and Tailwind CSS.
