Functional System Administrator (OneStream)

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, USA; hybrid work. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Provide functional support for financial reporting, consolidation, and analytical systems, including Hyperion and the new OneStream implementation.
• Troubleshoot user issues, coordinate with IT on technical problems, and manage service requests and critical issue communications.
• Support monthly close and reporting processes, system maintenance cycles, and consolidation accounting workflows involving intercompany activity, eliminations, and foreign currency translation.
• Maintain FDMEE mapping tables and templates, manage auto-load conversion projects, and create or modify financial reports.
• Administer users, security, change management, metadata, calculations, business rules, and technical testing across consolidation reporting platforms.
• Participate in system integrations, implementation projects, and continuous improvement of current and future consolidation solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or an equivalent field.
• 3–5+ years of experience supporting enterprise financial system environments.
• Experience with enterprise financial reporting and consolidation platforms such as OneStream, Hyperion HFM, FDMEE, or similar systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SQL or data/query tools.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required; sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Moderate working knowledge of OneStream.
• Experience with metadata maintenance, business rules, security administration, and financial reporting in EPM platforms.
• Experience supporting global or multi-entity financial consolidation environments.
