What you will do

• Support the implementation and maintenance of software quality processes for secure software products.
• Participate in work product reviews and collect evidence required by quality and process standards.
• Plan, track, and report quality activities, including quality plans, lessons learned, problem resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support process compliance assessments, internal audits, and external evaluations such as ASPICE and CMMI.
• Contribute to process definition, tailoring, deployment, documentation, training materials, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to promote process awareness and quality improvement.

Requirements

• Student of Electronics, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• Self-organized, communicative, curious, and able to prioritize and schedule quality tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and independently solve problems.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• Awareness of software process models such as CMMI or ASPICE is beneficial.
• The role may involve security-related tasks and activities within the scope of security certifications; a conscious and reliable working style is required.
