Supply Chain Manager

Location: Cikarang, West Java, Indonesia; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Manage demand planning, production planning, scheduling, materials planning, and logistics activities.
• Drive logistics cost efficiency and continuously improve planning and logistics processes.
• Lead and support new product introduction, project management, materials management, and logistics projects.
• Maintain product delivery service performance and set stock-level parameters, control mechanisms, and inventory processes.
• Manage global freight forwarding and local procurement, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing.
• Lead the department’s strategy, operating plan, resources, performance, and team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years of operational experience; team leadership experience is preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, planning, budgeting, operational controls, and business systems.
• Ability to design and implement improvement strategies covering safety, cost, quality, training, inventory, and service.
• Strong ability to manage, coach, and develop a diverse team.
• Strong customer focus, communication, planning, coordination, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
