TL;DR
Procurement Manager (Strategic Sourcing and Manufacturing): Leading sourcing projects, supplier partnerships, and procurement data management to deliver cost savings, COGS targets, working capital improvements, supply continuity, and inventory optimization. Focus on developing suppliers, managing contract manufacturers, ensuring SOX compliance, and improving procurement performance across regional and country stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Lead strategic sourcing projects targeting cost savings, COGS, working capital, OTIF, supply lead time, and raw material inventory improvements.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers and sourcing opportunities.
  • Manage contract manufacturers and key supplier relationships across commercial, operational, and data requirements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement data in SAP, Coupa, SAC, and related systems.
  • Prepare reports, project updates, and market intelligence for regional/APAC procurement leaders and country business leaders.
  • Drive stakeholder collaboration, change management, and continuous improvement across procurement processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, SAC, SFDC, and Coupa E-Sourcing or similar procurement systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within Indonesia as required.
  • A valid driving licence is required or preferred for the role.

Nice to have

  • Experience in chemicals, specialty chemicals, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Experience managing contract manufacturing relationships.
