Local Supply Chain Manager CKC (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the local supply chain team across procurement, planning, inventory, and order-to-cash.
• Oversee sourcing, supplier performance, cost forecasting, and supply risk mitigation for raw materials, packaging, and indirect services.
• Drive production planning and scheduling by balancing customer demand, capacity, and material availability while maintaining SAP data accuracy.
• Optimize raw material, work-in-progress, and finished-goods inventory, reducing write-offs and aged stock through cycle counts and root-cause analysis.
• Manage order-to-cash, logistics, distribution, carrier performance, and import/export compliance, including dangerous goods and customs requirements.
• Track supply chain KPIs, implement corrective actions, and lead digital transformation, automation, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience across sourcing, planning, fulfillment, and customer delivery.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Experience with SAP supply chain data and planning processes, including MRP, BoM, APO, and MPP.
• Knowledge of procurement, inventory optimization, order-to-cash, logistics, and import/export compliance.
• Experience in the chemical manufacturing industry is advantageous.
• Ability to work onsite in Cikampek, West Java, Indonesia.
