Analyst Payroll (SAP)

Location: Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia; onsite

What you will do

• Support multi-country payroll operations across North American, LATAM, EMEA, and ASPAC processes.
• Contribute to payroll project implementation, transitions, testing, data management, process documentation, and system upgrades.
• Review, validate, analyze, report, and reconcile payroll results and data.
• Execute incident and change management activities and support continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation while following global standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Resolve payroll-related inquiries and collaborate on cross-functional projects with payroll dependencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR or Finance operations.
• Knowledge of SAP PY or another payroll ERP, payroll processing, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Strong written and spoken English and intermediate written and spoken Portuguese are required.
• Experience with compliance requirements, SOX, business controls, payroll data protection, and confidentiality.
• Research, problem-solving, adaptability, time-management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Brazilian labor legislation.
• Experience with payroll providers and systems such as ADP, NGA, SDWorx, e-Time, Kronos, Salesforce Service Cloud, SAP, or Workday.
• Experience with payroll deployment or implementation projects.
• Experience in a multinational company or Finance/HR shared services environment.
• Knowledge of AI concepts, responsible AI practices, and prompt generation.
