Sr. Manager, Channel Marketing

What you will do

• Lead the channel marketing team for system solutions and support team development, target-setting, and resource deployment.
• Own day-to-day marketing activities for distribution partners.
• Plan co-op marketing activities with distributors and help manage the co-op budget.
• Support solution launches, internal training, distributor training, customer project tracking, and customer validation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions to ensure distributor stock is available online by launch.
• Analyze performance reports and provide recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

• BA or MA degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, industrial, infrastructure, or automotive fields.
• 8+ years of experience focused on applications and semiconductors.
• Leadership experience with a strategic mindset and the ability to deploy resources toward business goals.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, engagement, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working with distribution partners and third-party partners.
• Experience in industrial system integration, project development, marketing, FAE, or related roles, plus go-to-market execution.
