Sr. Banking Advisor

Location: Pasadena, California, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $158,010–$268,640 USD annually

What you will do

• Develop new client relationships, identify prospects, and create marketing strategies for specific clients.
• Manage complex wealth management banking, credit, and treasury management relationships.
• Structure and negotiate complex loan and lease agreements in line with banking and credit policy guidelines.
• Analyze and negotiate pricing, interest rates, swaps, and financing documentation.
• Advise clients on goals-driven wealth management and identify investment and fiduciary opportunities.
• Build referral networks, lead complex problem-solving, and provide technical leadership to teams and management.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in financial analysis and client servicing, commercial lending, or leasing.
• Advanced knowledge of banking, competition, financing, investments, trust, and financial consulting.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, sales, and oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret business challenges, recommend best practices, and negotiate complex concepts with stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
