Senior ESWL Specialist

Location: Sacramento District, Sacramento, California, United States. Regular presence at assigned customer locations is required, including arrival at least one hour before scheduled procedures; travel within or outside the assigned region and overnight travel may be required.

Salary: $48.00–$76.90 per hour.

What you will do

• Perform ESWL and fluoroscopy procedures, assisting urologists with stone identification, patient positioning, and selection of technical treatment factors.
• Maintain patient safety and minimize radiation exposure while ensuring optimal radiographic equipment performance.
• Lead new-hire training, participate in staff training, and develop the skills of other technicians through cross-training.
• Build professional relationships with physicians and hospital staff while supporting scheduling, case volume, utilization, and customer service.
• Set up, break down, load, unload, and transport lithotripsy equipment and supplies; check equipment condition and report issues.
• Maintain treatment records, equipment and vehicle logs, purchase orders, inventory, scheduling data, and other required documentation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of direct ESWL experience, including at least 6 months in an ESWL role at hirify.global.
• Successful completion of an AMA-approved radiologic technologist training program; college graduation is preferred but not required.
• Current ARRT registration in good standing and required state licenses, including a California Fluoro license for California residents.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association, annual TB screening, HIPAA training, and current company regulatory training.
• Ability to meet USDOT driver requirements and maintain a safe driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, push or pull 75 pounds, load and unload surgical equipment, communicate effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Ability to perform specialized procedures such as G.I. Stones.
• Experience performing Laser Technician duties or willingness to cross-train in this area.
