Mid-Level Oracle HCM Developer (HR Systems)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal, with a hybrid work model allowing up to 3 days remote per week. Candidates must have an existing legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and customize Oracle HCM modules for client-specific requirements.
• Analyze HR data models and processes to support seamless data integration and system performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues independently and provide efficient solutions.
• Integrate HR systems with other enterprise applications.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver HR solutions on schedule.
• Maintain technical specifications and development documentation.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Oracle HCM development.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data models.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues independently.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Fluent English required for daily communication and collaboration.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union required.

Nice to have

• Good understanding of SQL queries and data structures.
• Oracle HCM or SQL certifications.
• Experience with other HR technology platforms.
