Associate, Corporate Development (AI Infrastructure)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid

Salary: US $180K–$210K annually, plus discretionary bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Evaluate M&A, investment, and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Build financial models, valuation analyses, and business cases for strategic decisions.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research for corporate strategy.
• Support financial, commercial, and operational due diligence.
• Prepare analyses and materials for executive and board-level discussions.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and other internal teams through deal execution, pipeline tracking, and post-close integration planning.

Requirements

• Essential experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent analytical ability, including structuring and solving ambiguous strategic problems.
• Comfort working directly with senior leadership on high-stakes, confidential work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of executive-level materials.
• Self-directed and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under time pressure.
